By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Marcelix is a hosted web application for AI-powered image and video creation. Users generate media from text prompts, publish posts, remix reusable templates created by other users, and interact through follows, comments, votes, and messages. All features are accessed and used inside the Marcelix platform at marcelix.com.
You must create an account to use Marcelix. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person may hold one account. Marcelix may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
You are solely responsible for the prompts, reference images, posts, comments, profile content, and messages submitted through your account.
Marcelix offers prepaid digital credit packs. When you complete a purchase, credits are delivered immediately to your Marcelix account. Credits are a digital balance used exclusively inside Marcelix to perform specific actions such as generating images, generating videos, and remixing templates. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed outside the platform.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. Pricing for each pack is displayed before purchase.
Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. Marcelix does not store your payment card details. Upon successful payment confirmation, your credits are added to your account automatically with no manual steps required.
Each generation action in Marcelix consumes a defined number of credits based on the type of media, model, and settings selected. The credit cost is displayed before you confirm each generation. Once credits are consumed by a generation, they cannot be restored. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire.
All content generated through or published on Marcelix is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Marcelix is a safe-for-work platform. Prohibited content includes nudity, explicit material, content involving minors, deepfakes, face swaps, harassment, and illegal material.
Content that violates platform rules may be removed, hidden, or flagged for review. Marcelix may restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate content policies.
You retain ownership of the creative works you generate. By publishing a post on Marcelix, you grant Marcelix a license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform and in connection with Marcelix marketing.
Marcelix operates an optional Creator Rewards program. When other users remix your published templates using paid credits, you may earn reward points. Rewards can be converted to Marcelix credits for continued use inside the platform.
Creator Rewards are governed by the separate Creator Rewards Policy.
Credit pack purchases are digital goods delivered instantly. Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy. In general, refunds are available for duplicate charges and verified technical failures. Credits that have already been used are not eligible for refund.
In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy, you agree not to: attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Marcelix platform; create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or free credit grants; use automated tools to scrape content or manipulate engagement metrics; engage in payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or reward farming schemes; or impersonate other users or Marcelix staff.
Marcelix may suspend or terminate your account, remove content, freeze credits or rewards, or restrict platform access if you violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law. Enforcement actions are taken to protect platform integrity and other users.
Marcelix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Marcelix does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific output quality from AI models, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marcelix's total liability for any claims related to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for credit packs in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Marcelix may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of Marcelix after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
