Creator Rewards Policy
This policy covers the rules of the Marcelix Creator Rewards program, including how rewards are earned, how they can be used, and how the program is managed.
Marcelix is a hosted AI creative platform where users purchase prepaid digital credit packs and use them for image generation, video generation, and remix actions. Creator Rewards is an optional program on top of this — it lets creators earn reward points when other users remix their published templates using paid credits. Participation is not required to use Marcelix. Creator Rewards are a platform incentive — not wages, compensation, or guaranteed income.
When a user remixes one of your published templates and pays for the generation with purchased credits, you may earn reward points. The reward amount depends on the type of media generated and the current reward rates.
Only remixes paid for with purchased credits generate rewards. Remixes paid with promotional or granted credits do not qualify.
Newly earned rewards enter a 7-day pending period before becoming available. During this time, rewards may be adjusted or reversed if the underlying purchase is refunded, disputed, or if abuse is detected.
Once rewards clear the pending period, they become available in your reward balance. Available rewards can be used in two ways:
Eligible creators may request cash redemption of available rewards. Cash redemption is processed separately from credit pack purchases and is not part of the standard customer transaction flow.
To request a cash redemption, you must meet all of the following:
Redemption requests are reviewed and processed by Marcelix via PayPal. Processing times may vary. Any transaction fees charged by PayPal are deducted from the redemption amount.
Marcelix may adjust reward balances in the following situations:
If a redemption has already been processed but the underlying transaction is later reversed, the reversed amount may be applied as a balance correction. Outstanding corrections must be cleared before new redemption requests can be submitted.
Marcelix monitors reward activity for abuse patterns. If an unusually high volume of remixes is detected from a single account or across coordinated accounts, rewards may be temporarily held for review.
Marcelix may update Creator Rewards rules, reward rates, redemption thresholds, or this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
